How do I apply to extend the hours of the Entertainment District?

Requests to extend the hours of operation will be included in the special events form obtained at the Jonesboro Police Department. All requests will be reviewed by the District Oversight Committee as well as the Jonesboro Police Department. Hours may be extended until 2am, when ABC requires all alcohol sales end.

How do I get the Entertainment District cup and wristband?

All approved restaurants will distribute cups and wristbands to those who have shown a valid ID and desire to exit the premises with their alcoholic beverage.

Are there any prohibited areas within the boundaries?

Yes, all residential spaces as well as buildings where city government work takes place are automatically excluded from the district, regardless if they are physically located within the boundaries.
